Options: Mild or Hot.

Price & ordering: $9.99 per lb for either flavor. Each piece weighs 1 lb (16 oz / 454 g). Quantity 1 = 1 lb, quantity 2 = 2 lb.

Cooking: Slice and pan-fry, grill, or add to eggs, flatbreads and cooked dishes. Remove the inedible casing before serving.

Storage: Keep refrigerated. Cook thoroughly before serving.

I ordered lamb chops, ground beef, chicken wings, and sucuk, and honestly I was very happy with everything. The meat was fresh, the taste was really good, and especially the lamb chops and sucuk were delicious. You can definitely tell that they use good-quality meat.
